Is VA Tech's Deron Washington the new Michael Jordan?

I missed the games but thanks to YouTube, I'm able to see his superior athletic abilities. Here are two videos:

1. He shows great hang time as he jumps completely over the top of a Duke player.

2. Big time dunk against Boston College.

there have been a lot of "the next michael jordans". its hard to tell, so many college players just dont adapt to the pro game i.e. Harold Miner from USC. & Felipe Lopez, etc. but Washington is pretty impressive.

lets see.. how many "next jordans" have we had??

1. Kobe Bryant
2. Vince Carter
3. LeBron James
4. Kevin Garnett
5. "Donnie" Darko Milicic (yes i said it.. i know.. its crazy)

people the list goes on and on.. no doubt that it will happen and we will see someone revolutionize the game the same way that jordan did.. but when will it be?? no one knows.. how long did it take for jordan to get into the game.. 100 years?? in my opinion thats when we will see another with the talent, leadership, poise, attitude and enthusiasm as jordan. Sure possibly the ones listed above are as talented.. some maybe more.. but do they have all the other characteristics that jordan had?? no.. and they never will.. In my opinion Kobe is the closest to all of these categories.. but he jsut doesnt have the attitude and enthusiasm to play the game that jordan did

He is probably as athletic but not the ball handler nor the shooter. Jordan could create his own highlight films but Washington gets his off run outs and rebounds. Jordan probably not, but still a hell of a player.

Kevin Durant.

I also feel Corey Brewer is one of the most athletic.

Kevin Durrant is incredible. He reminds me of Garnett in that he could play about every position.
